God is a figure mainly found in Bronze Age and Iron Age scriptures though there are more recent versions of the Mythology, see Moronism Mormonism.
Originally God was a figure who lived in the sky and liked to do things such as sitting on clouds and judging people. Today with superior understanding about the nature of the Earth’s atmosphere and of Astronomy believers are less inclined to believe that God actually sits on clouds or that clouds actually are solid.
Notwithstanding the above modern believers are convinced that God is somewhere and God judges people.
