Mormonism is something ridiculous a wonderful and true religion that convicted trickster [1] Joseph Smith invented in the 19th Century.
- That's right, Joseph Smith pretended he could divine gold on someone else's land and a court of law decided that was all fraud.
- But in spite of that false divination people believed fantastic stories about an angel talking to Smith and about gold tablets that nobody else ever saw.
Human credulity is sometimes hard to explain.
