Thanks, I accept your proof, I didn't mean to belittle you. On wikis we get kids and adults pretending to be people they are not so I needed proof. I'll delete the article altogether, you are free to delete the proof on your website. Now I know it's you I'll respect your wishes. Proxima Centauri (talk) 17:47, August 29, 2013 (UTC)
Sometimes it's impossible to do the work of an administrator on a wiki without risking offending someone. Suppose someone had pretended to be you and removed material in the article about you that you wanted to keep. I feel I needed proof. Proxima Centauri (talk) 06:11, August 30, 2013 (UTC)
Deletion and restoration
I deleted the Chris Clarke article since I wanted to make sure that material you find insulting and dismissive wasn't accessible even through the page history. I note now the version you objected to is on your website, so leaving that in the page history doesn't look like any big deal. PZ has also mentioned that you left Pharyngula . Anyway your leaving isn't something that can be kept quiet any more and an article about you has become relevant. Therefore I restored the Chris Clarke article. You are free to edit the article if you would like to.
